Microbiological analyses and experiments
Microbiological analyses and experiments carried out by the University of Pavia and the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, one of the most accredited and authoritative institutes on a national and international level in the mineral water inspection field, have proven that Dolomia water is “recommended for low-sodium diets”, confirming its compliance with current regulations and verifying its diuretic action and biological tolerability.
In July 2008, the Italian Ministry of Health awarded Acqua Dolomia the prestigious recognition of being suitable for use in preparing infant formula (Italian Ministerial Decree D.M. 25.07.2008).

Water collected without storage basins
Dolomia Water is sourced inside the Friulian Dolomites Natural Park, a natural heritage site that must be preserved and protected. The water is bottled directly as it flows from the source, and collected using piping that runs from the source right to the plant, therefore without using storage basins.
Company with internal quality analysis laboratory
Sorgente Valcimoliana S.r.l. is one of the few companies equipped with an internal quality analysis laboratory. A biologist is responsible for managing the internal laboratory and for the daily analyses carried out to inspect the source water and the bottled water. Every drop of Dolomia water can be drunk with complete peace of mind, not only thanks to the unspoilt territory where it originates, but also thanks to those who monitor the product quality daily.
